Seemingly unconnected, random & unprovoked violent attacks begin to take on a pattern in the downtown core. The public is already on high alert when the assailant makes his first communication to issue his manifesto & the media helps to send them into hysteria as the incidents escalate into murder.

Who would do this? What is their motive? Where & when will they strike next? WHY?! All we know for certain is it's the summer of 1982 & there's a serial killer in the making;
